Kristin Midyett
Kristin is a seasoned clinician and businesswoman. In 2014 she followed her passion for social justice and founded Alliance Counseling where she provides trauma informed care and serves marginalized populations.
As a group practice owner she became skilled at billing and credentialing. As her business expanded she looked to outsource her billing, never finding a reliable provider. She then hired Crystal in house part-time leading to an increase in revenue. From this experience and seeing a demand in the community for a competent billing provider, the idea was born to collaborate on a business to support other practice owners.
Crystal Herring
Crystal has been in business for herself for 15 years. In 2021 she became the billing and credentialing specialist at Alliance Counseling demonstrating an ability to eliminate lost revenue. Crystal is an expert in billing for behavioral health. She excels at customer service, collections and creating efficient work flows.
